Post Delivery date, We provide 10 days no-question-asked return. Please initiate return from the orders page. We will approve return within 24 hours of request and will arrange pickup from our logistic partner within next 2-3 days. Once We receive returned product then we will initiate full refund of the money. Buyer will not be paying for return pickup or return shipment.
Refund in the case of product return will be initiated once we receive product at our end. In the case of original mode of payment to be direct bank transfer or UPI, refund amount will be credited within 2-3 working days of initiating refund process.
In the case of original mode of payment to be Razorpay payment gateway, Refund amount will be credited in your original mode of payment within 7-10 working days of initiating refund process.
Buyer can request for cancellation if product is not dispatched. If product is dispatched then we allow cancellation if we are able to work with logistics partner to cancel the delivery. If the product is delivered then buyer is requested to initiate return process instead of cancellation of order.
Refunds in case of cancellation will follow same refund policy as outlined above.
